Phase one covers ten neighbourhoods in Hat Yai. Each is its own zone, because the driving route and the open windows are not the same in any two of them.

Avoid the hospital shift change; late-morning and afternoon windows run closer to time.

Further out than the inner zones, so fewer windows per day.
