Because estimating the weight of a bag of laundry accurately is not possible, and an estimate that lands under the real figure turns into an argument at billing every single time. So we show no predicted price at all. Instead we weigh, send you a photo of the scale dial for every bag and an itemised bill, and only then ask for payment.

฿200 per booking, deducted from the final bill. Cancel 12 hours or more before the collection window and half the deposit is refunded. The cancellation screen shows the real figures for your order before you confirm.

The delivery fee is set per zone, not as one price across the city. The system shows your zone's fee when you enter your address — before you choose windows and before you pay the deposit.

Because the number of stops available in a time window is held per zone, and your zone comes from the real location of your address. Showing windows before the address is known would give the wrong numbers to everybody outside the default zone, and would look like a broken system.

There is a dispute button on the order, visible rather than hidden, and it stays available until you pay. When you dispute, we review it and come back to you — and the plant carries on washing rather than holding your laundry. After payment you can still report a problem with the laundry for seven days.

Yes. The address screen has a handover field: leave it with the building office, with security, in a safe spot, or hand it to you in person — and you can set collection and return differently. The driver photographs every handover.
